The app produced in association with HSBC as part of their HSBC FEI Classics sponsorship provides access to all the news and information about the event that you can access out on the official Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials website www.badminton-horse.co.uk , but in the palm of your hand. It also integrates with key social media platforms so you can easily share news and photos from the event with your friends on twitter and facebook.
Whether you are at the event or following the event discreetly from work, the app is the perfect companion for keeping right up to date with all that is happening at the event. In addition to live results and news, the app also has access to all the latest video, photographs, audio interviews and the live Badminton Radio webcast.
For those that enjoy the shopping at Badminton there is a comprehensive list of shops and tradestands together with a map of how to find them all, along with all the other visitor information you'll find useful for your visit, oh and a weather forecast!
A fully animated course guide gives you a complete picture of how the cross country course needs to be ridden in addition to the course preview video with course designer Hugh Thomas, and Badminton regular Sharon Hunt.
So that that you don't miss anything interesting or important the app will send you an alert for news like the start of the cross country phase!
The app is free to download and use.

Can we have an Android version?
App for Blackberry please :)
We will look at other device apps for next year, unfortunately we didn't have the time to cover all devices for this year's event.
I concur with Malcolm Green. Please, please, please, do give us an Android version. They are selling at a faster rate than iphones now so are the emerging market in smart phones.....
